Background

Benito Cereno was captured in front to the eastern coast of La Gomera Island, the same day than Airam. Both turtles were moved to land where they were tagged and later released at the sea. Bentio C. was 48 cm of curve carapace length.

• Sea surface temperature and chlorophyll are derived from NASA's Ocean Color data.
• Ocean currents and sea surface heights are derived from AVISO's Ssalto/Duacs Gridded Absolute Dynamic Topography & absolute geostrophic velocities data.
