Background

Nuvuja (pronounced new-view-yah) means 'cloud' in Inuktitut because of his grey band and cloudy weather the field season he was tagged. Inuktitut is one of the Inuit languages of Nunavut in northern Canada where Nuvuja's breeding grounds are located.
