Background

Tisamaujunngigaqtut (pronounced tea-sa-mauw-you-knee-gack-toot) is the Inuktitut word for 'seven' because it was the seventh transmitter. Inuktitut is one of the Inuit languages of Nunavut in northern Canada, where Tisamaujunngigaqtut's breeding grounds are located.
