Background

Tungujuqtuq (pronounced Too-knew-yook-took) means 'blue' in Inuktitut for the lıght blue leg band she is wearing. Inuktitut is one of the Inuit languages of Nunavut in northern Canada where Tungujuqtuq's breeding grounds are located.
