Beach Description
Fort Macon State Park is located at the eastern end of Bogue Banks, in Carteret County, NC. Rangers and staff at this park have been monitoring and protecting sea turtle nests since 1982. Note: there were no sea turtle nesting activities recorded in 2002 and 2004
