North Carolina WRC Sea Turtle Project

The adjacent towns of Indian Beach and Salter Path are located in the middle of the island of Bogue Banks, in Carteret County, North Carolina. Sea turtle nest monitoring and protection activities in these towns has been conducted for over a decade, and include response to dead or injured sea turtles.
