  1. Sea turtle nests are a natural part of the environment and do not belong to any individual or organization. Adoptee will make no effort to find or physically interact with their adopted nest.
  2. Sea turtle nests are subject to the whims of nature and may be damaged or destroyed by storms, predators (e.g. coyotes, raccoons) and a large number of other potential dangers. Adoptee understands that there is no guarantee that their adopted nest will hatch successfully.
