Description:
Since June of 2003 educators, both formal and informal have had the opportunity to spend a week on Sapelo Island learning about anatomy, physiology, conservation, and management of sea turtles in Georgia and around the world by working with biologists and veterinarians as they interact with nesting and injured sea turtles. Educators receive resource materials & k-12 curriculum. 3 Professional Learning Units are available for certified teachers.
