Hawksbill Turtle

Variations: Eretmochelys imbricata, Hawksbill

One of the seven species of marine turtle alive today. The latin name for the hawksbill turtle is Eretmochelys imbricata. It is typically found on and around coral reefs and has a hawk like beak for feeding on sponges and corals. it is classified as critically endangered.
