Background

The loggerhead male was found stranded in 11/01/2010 in Araquari - SC
(around lat: 26º 27' 14,20 S and Long: 48° 36' 17,33 W). The turtle had a
hook in esophagus and the veterinarian team did a surgery. After surgery the
turtle stayed 48 days recovering itself in TAMAR station and was released
on 12/18/2010 at lat: 27º34.254'S and long: 48º25.588'W on 8:45
am (local time - 3:00 GMT). Some other data follow below
