Background

Falbala is a jung female harbor seal of 2007. She was found the 31th august 2007 at Ambleteuse (north of France) by LPA de Calais (Animals Protection Ligue).
She was thin and very ill. She had pox virus, an usual infectious desease with weakened seals. Probably, she had difficulties to find foods after weaning.
We took care of her during 136 days and the 13th january 2008 she was fine to return to wildlife. She was released at Yport beach in Normandy. A lot of parrains were here to assist at her going. She carried a yellow Argos tag.
