Background

Bonnemine is jung female harbor seal of 2007. She was found at the bottom of Mont-Saint-Michel (north of France) on the 14th july 2007. She was alone, without her mother, even though it was evident she was still breastfed. Probably her mother was frightened by something and she couldn't follow her.
She was bred by the CHENE during 3 months and then able to return to wildlife. she was released the 5th november 2007 at the baie of Mont-Saint-Michel. She went away with an other jung rehabilitated harbor seal (Idefix) and was tagged with an Argos tag painted in red.
