Introduction

Flatback turtles are being tracked from Mundabullangana Station as part of the flatback turtle research project that is being carried out at Barrow Island ~230km to the west. The flatback rookery at Mundabullangana Station is one of the largest mainland flatback rookeries identified to date in Western Australia. All proceeds from the adoption program for these animals are being donated to seaturtle.org
