Background

We found her nesting on the dune under the trees as far from the waters edge as she could be. She laid her eggs at 1126pm and we attached a satellite tracker to her before she headed back to the sea.

She had a few barnacles and algae on her shell, does she reside on a rocky reef somewhere near Queensland's coastline or on the southern coastal fringe of Papua New Guinea?

This is the first time we have monitored her nesting on Milman Island. Released on 30 January 2017.
