Background

This ~ 7.5 metre male Whale Shark was name "Captain Morgan" after Joe Morgan. Joe and Dani Rob recovered a satellite tag from Big Mumma that washed ashore 2.5 hours drive from Exmouth. Big Mumma was one of the Whale Sharks tagged last year. This data is extremely valuable and we have therefore named a shark after both Joe and Dani. Thanks Joe!!
