Georgia DNR Sea Turtle Conservation Program

The St. Simons Island Sea Turtle Project is an all-volunteer group dedicated to protecting Georgia's sea turtles for generations to come. We monitor St. Simons' beach for nests, hatchlings, and strandings, and conduct public outreach programs to educate the next generation of sea turtle conservationists.
