"Lincoln", 47.8 cm SCLmin (17.4 kg) juvenile Kemp's ridley sea turtle captured during a 30-min research trawl off Brunswick, GA, is lowered to the sea after being tagged with a satellite transmitter authorized by NMFS Section 10(A)(1)(a) permit 19621 and GADNR Scientific Collection permit CN 21303.
